At the 15th National Conference on Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship held from May 13th to 14th, Huazhong University of Science and Technology ranked second nationwide in terms of the total number of awards received. This conference included three activities: Academic Paper Exchange, Project Exhibition, and Entrepreneurship Program Promotion. And there were four awards presented: Outstanding Academic Paper, People’s Choice, Best Innovative Project, and Best Entrepreneurial Project. HUST presented five projects at the conference and won six honors, namely two “Outstanding Academic Paper” awards, two “People’s Choice” awards, one “Best Innovative Project” award and one “Best Entrepreneurship Project” award.

The National Conference on Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship, initiated by the Ministry of Education, is an important annual activity based on the National Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program. It is one of the most extensive, most influential, and highest-level events with the largest number of participating students in the undergraduate teaching reform in China.
