In retrospect to the progress made in academic research, scientific innovation and talent training, Prof. Susanna Leong further pointed out that, under the MOU, the two universities would “continue to leverage on our respective strengths and comparative advantages to complement each other’s strategic work”. This would focus primarily on four areas, namely: Mechanical Engineering, Control Science and Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, and Materials Science and Engineering.
Chen Jianguo indicated that the signing of the MOU would open up even wider prospects for bilateral exchanges and in-depth cooperation in various fields.
Subsequently, the two sides jointly signed the MOU.
