More Information about ARTI Designer XL:

Science and Technology Daily: Please provide a brief overview of the current adoption of ARTI Designer XL.

Cai Xinyuan: Since the release of ARTI Designer in last December, the platform has expanded its reach to 362 universities and key enterprises within the industry nationwide. Currently, it boasts over 340,000 registered users and generates over 40,000 images per day.

ARTI Designer XL provides AI design tools for students and teachers nationwide, facilitating quicker exposure to AI. The platform supports model training, model trading and online communication, aiming to create an AI art education ecosystem with Chinese characteristics.

Our team extensively applies the ARTI Designer XL platform in the field of creative art and design practice. We have explored various new-generation AI demonstration applications such as AI picture books, AI exhibitions, AI metaverse, and AI light shows.

Hubei Daily: In practical application, what advantages does ARTI Designer XL have over similar platforms abroad?

Cai Xinyuan: ARTI Designer XL is a self-developed AI art creative platform, fully supporting Chinese language input and integrating numerous Chinese elements. It is collaborating with CCTV-10 to develop the first Chinese-style animated series "Great Poets", highlighting traditional Chinese culture.

CMG: How does "Great Poets" distinguish itself from other Chinese-style animated series employing AI technology?

Cai Xinyuan:"Great Poets" is an innovative collaboration between HUST and CCTV-10, utilizing AI technology to explore the fusion of traditional culture and modern technology. Taking Li Bai as an example, the work showcases traditional Chinese aesthetics to facilitate cultural dissemination. By training three models, the team achieves the automatic generation of Li Bai's image, Tang Dynasty attire, and ink painting style, aiming to show the beauty of China through intuitive animated forms.

JIMU NEWS: After your introduction, we learned the powerful functions of this platform. Which area might the platform innovate next, and what surprises are in store?

Cai Xinyuan: Our team has made significant progress in visual generation, supporting academic teaching and practical creation. We plan to proceed in two steps: Firstly, establishing and opening our own training platform, and secondly, expanding its usage to professional designers and art enthusiasts in order to meet the growing demands for technology and computational power.

The team expressed its commitment to continuously advancing the fusion of art and technology and progressing towards deeper and broader directions.
