The 2024 HUST Autumn Sports Meeting was held from October 25 to 26. Over 3,000 faculty and students participated, securing a tally of 114 gold medals. During this event, Li Jianwei from the School of Public Administration set a new university record in the men’s 1,000m race with a time of 2'31"85, while fellow student Ran Lingling broke the women’s 800m record, finishing in 2'12"46.
